  1. What?????????????????? Craaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No way would I want to live in this dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Madness!!!!!!!!!!!!! Madness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lock up whoever came up with this price!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. It is suprisingly light and not at all like most basement flats. £2000 psf to live in Cadogan Square is not bad. It is worth it for the address alone.

  3. Bloody crazy, I know we say Location, Location, but it’s a mad price for a basement. Also looks like it could be a candidate for flooding, and feels a bit like a rabbit warren.
