Female E-scooter user abuses pedestrians in Belgravia after being told it is illegal for her device to be on both the pavement and the highway

Whilst New York City is considering a bill to legalise electric scooters and “electric scooter bubble fears mount as funding tops £1 billion” according to The Telegraph, these frightful and frankly dangerous devices rightly remain illegal both on the pavement and highway in Britain.

Here, today, we publish imagery of one user of just such a contraption plaguing the pavements of Belgravia. Snapped on the corner of Chesham Street and Pont Street, when confronted, said individual launched into a foul mouthed tirade and put up her hand when we attempted to photograph her.

Just like the equally unctuous horror Ambar Zohra – a woman who rightly had a visit from the police after her antics on such a device – this disgrace needs to be named and shamed and told to only use her E-scooter on private roads.

Do you know this dreadful woman? If so, please contact us and we will update this article to include her name.
