Aston Martin built to personal specification of James Bond film series producer Barbara Broccoli for sale
The Aston Martin brand will forever be associated with James Bond and now an example with an especially strong link to the film franchise is available to purchase.
For sale with Kensington dealers Graeme Hunt, a 2008 Aston Martin DBS – rather appropriately numbered chassis 007 – was created by the company’s chairman Dr Ulrich Bez to the personal specification of Barbara Broccoli OBE, the producer of nine Bond films to date. The vehicle is presented in Casino Royale colours and features a manual gear box, sill plate plaques and special embroidery to both headrests and over its mats.
After five years and just 4,500 miles in the ownership of Broccoli it was sold to the current owner. He let it go briefly and so missed it that he bought it back again. He is now selling due to “a change in garage space”.
Graeme Hunt seek £175,000 ($232,000 or €206,000) for the car.
