Diddums for expense loving, do nothing useful MPs: The Westminster Dog of the Year show has been cancelled.

This annual outing – which is surprisingly not where they calculate whether Andrea ‘Loathsome’ Leadsom or ‘Dim’ Dianne Abbott is more ugly – of dogs owned by Members of Parliament supposedly cannot go ahead because “concerns about the increase in protests around Parliament.”

In a statement going further, The Kennel Club announced: “The safety of the dogs and the MPs taking part is absolute priority.”

Perhaps now these lazy dimwits could do something useful instead and do some work. Frankly, at this time of absolute chaos in our nation, their dogs are more useful right now than these chocolate teapots.
