Described as the “preppiest man on Instagram” and a “young Ralph Lauren”, Rhode Island native Kiel James Patrick and his wife Sarah Vickers claim to “design the American dream”. Having founded a clothing and lifestyle brand that he named after himself in 2008 and getting married at a Christmas tree farm, these advocates for New England have morphed into bloggers who partner with companies such as Brooks Brothers and Pottery Barn and realtors Lila Delman. With some 500,000 followers between them on Instagram, of their stylish existence Patrick comments: “I don’t really put us in the same group as those Rich Kids of Instagram type of accounts. For us, there’s a little bit of heart behind every picture and I think people can see that”.
