No, Dorian is a typical example of talentless nepotism, creeping into all areas of life now. Less talented, or talentless people, being given access to positions in the media etc, due entirely to their connections, rather than their ‘talent’.

He is hardly leading a UN charity mission to Syria, but I suppose it keeps him busy. Probably the male equivalent of a rich daddy, buying his daughter a dress shop to keep her busy.
