Unappealing Clifford

As Max Clifford launches an appeal against his eight-year prison sentence, all it shows is how truly unappealing he still is

Despite being convicted on eight counts of indecent assault between 1977 and 1984, sexual offender Max Clifford has decided to launch an appeal against his eight-year prison sentence. In doing so, all Clifford achieves is to inflict yet more misery on his victims.

Even before being jailed Max Clifford was known to enjoy the company of convicts and liars

Serving his sentence in HM Prison Littlehey in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, Clifford alongside such individuals as the police killer Harry Roberts, Clifford has had one outing from prison since his incarceration. In August, he was allowed out to attend his brother’s funeral at North East Surrey Crematorium and is said to have “stood laughing and smiling with family and friends” afterwards.

Max Clifford is as entitled to appeal as much as the next man, but all he achieves through it is to show his lack of remorse and how arrogant he truly is. Long may this “contemptuous” creep rot.
