Donald Trump trips up on Twitter and tweets an image of Nazi soldiers
Donald Trump isn’t the smartest tool in the box but in tweeting an image of Nazi soldiers as part of an advert he truly has shown himself to be beyond stupid.
Pictured alongside The Donald’s face, the image showed American dollar bills, The White House and Waffen SS troops, the Nazi Party’s elite military unit.
Quickly deleted after much criticism, a spokesman for Trump – the grandson of German immigrants – remarked: “A young intern created and posted the image and did not see the very faded figures within the flag of the stock photo. The intern apologised and immediately deleted the tweet”.
Elsewhere yesterday, The Donald had better news given a new poll by Suffolk University put Trump on 17% making him the leading Republican candidate in the race to become President against Jeb Bush on 14%. God help America.
