Money park London

Mr Gus Instinct says: “London’s become a rubbish dump for high net worths”

The expression ‘ransom strip’ has always been a dream hold in the world of property but nowadays that is exactly what has happened to the prime areas of Central London.

London’s literally become a place where the rich dump money

From the river to the extremities of Regent’s Park, the entire area has become a bargaining chip that may as well have its own index attached to it. More importantly it is a bargaining chip based exclusively on supply and demand without the intrinsic basics that once made it a necessary base where people actually lived.

The churches are empty, the local restaurants are closing and the shops are all either waxing parlours, bakeries and macchiato palaces or jewellers. Nothing wrong with that unless you still need an ironmonger (Google that) or a butcher, baker or candlestick maker. There’s not even a toy shop in sight and that sums up the younger population or lack of it.

Central London has become a rubbish dump for foreign currencies. Where will it all lead? For RBKC read Babel. I’m off to the Lamborghini dealership: Essential transport and ideal for Sloane Street.
