The Talisman Building in London’s New Kings Road was originally built in the 1930s a garage and petrol filling station. It is now home to the renowned Talisman antiques and design emporium and several apartments. The building’s 5,000 square foot penthouse is currently available for rent for £6,500 per week or £28,167 per month.

Overlooking Eel Brook Common and situated at 79 – 91 New Kings Road, The Talisman Building was described by The New York Times’ Laura Latham as “standing out like a cruise ship in berth” in a December 2010 article. It includes a total of 18,000 square foot of accommodation and was saved from demolition in the early 2000s. Tenants of the commercial spaces there have variously included Amanda Wakeley and John Galliano.
