Luxury apartments in London are ten a penny but few provide the truly spectacular space and facilities offered by the five that follow. Those on a budget need not apply.

A 70-foot reception room is the highlight of this “super-prime… trophy penthouse” that is for sale through Savills. Accommodation includes 6 main bedrooms, a 3D cinema room, a gym, a steam room, a sauna, a billiards room and 3 staff bedrooms. The service charge is £32,689 per annum.

    1. I love all of them except the brutalist Kensington Palace Gardens one. It seems very expensive as despite its superb location and security, the building is actually hideous. A friend lived there for some time in another flat and found so many faults with the design of the property. It should be pulled down.

    2. Why did you even publish this? Who on earth would be so stupid to spend so much on a flat? Yet more drivel from you. You should be publishing articles supporting good people like Gerry and Kate and Leon Brittan.

    3. How splendid that you ferret out and publish such items. We can vicariously gawp at what people, usually with money, but often without taste, do with such properties. That’s one of the reasons that STEEPLE TIMES can be so addictive. It was something that the diarist Nigel Dempster knew well. Ignore sour, frumpy comments from that killjoy Trott woman and her ilk. She reminds me of Mary Whitehouse and her overbearing “I know what’s best for you” bile. Put a sock in it Trott.
