Financier and fashion designer duo Pierre Lagrange and Roubi L’Roubi place their four floor £12.75 million penthouse on the market
Financier and co-founder of GLG Partners Pierre Lagrange and his fashion designer partner Roubi L’Roubi are selling their vast Notting Hill home for £12,750,000.
Arranged over the top four floors of a Grade II listed eight-floor purpose built block of artist’s studios designed by the Victorian architect William Flockhart, this 4,761 square foot apartment centres around a studio reception room with a ceilings height of 15’7”. It also includes two further reception rooms, two kitchens, four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is described as incorporating “unparalleled volume and light”. There are two separate landscaped roof terraces on the seventh and eighth floors in addition to two balconies.
Reduced from an initial asking price of £13,750,000 by £1,000,000, Lagrange and L’Roubi’s apartment is situated in a building named Lansdowne House that has been home to both artists such as Charles Ricketts and Glyn Philpot and also musicians including Shirley Bassey and Rod Stewart.
Pierre Lagrange’s previous homes have included the £14 million Woodperry House in Oxfordshire and a £90 million residence in Kensington Palace Gardens. He and Mr L’Roubi – who is the creative director of the iconic Savile Row tailors Hunstman and a keen equestrian – are selling their penthouse through agents Knight Frank.
