Red Cross Art auctions and Art Walk New York. I work with the Billionaires Row Art Society. We organise art events in New York that benefit various charities.

 

The judge in Law Abiding Citizen states: “I can pretty much do whatever I want” before being blown up whilst answering her mobile phone. What’s your view on the appropriate use of such devices?

Don’t answer any stranger’s phone call.

Katherine Wiedemann (former Schade, my gallerist and wonderful wife. Also I would like to invite Jefferson, Jackson, Grant and Lincoln. I made really nice portraits of them. `They owe me a few favours.

 

If you were unfortunate enough to end up on death row, what would be your last meal and where would you eat it?

At Chèvre D’or in Eze. I’d eat Bolognese.

 

What time is it acceptable to consume the first drink of the day?

It’s never too early, it’s never too late.

 

A Negroni, a martini or a cup of tea?

A cuppa.

 

Whose parties do you enjoy the most and why?

Timo Weber’s – he s a good mate of mine.

 

Who is the most positive person you know?

My wife.

 

What’s your most guilty pleasure?

Timo’s parties.

 

If a tattoo were to sum you up, what would it be of?

A champagne glass and a paintbrush crossed.

 

If you were a car, what marque would you be?

A blacked out Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen.
