#JustSaying Caroline Stanbury

#JustSaying with Caroline Stanbury

Will socialite Caroline Stanbury’s attempt to become Britain’s answer to the Kardashians hit the buffers in the same way that her Gift Library Business did?

Caroline Stanbury loves the limelight. A self-proclaimed “star” of the somewhat staged television show Ladies of London, this “born and bred Londoner” recently created a website where she gives her views on just about everything.

On it, Stanbury – whose motto is: “Hey ho, I can’t help if they think I’m fabulous!” – shares such things as “five movie quotes I live by”. Two of them are:

“When asked about my private chauffeur… You do not, under any circumstances, take public transportation… And yes, Uber counts as public transport”.

“When exercising my platinum card… When I shop the world gets better, the world is better. And then it’s not anymore. And I just have to do it again”.

If that wasn’t pompous enough, elsewhere on the website this socialite opines about ridiculously priced fashion brands, informs her followers about how to spot social climbers and uses the hashtags #JustSaying and #KeepingUpWithCaroline. Strangely, however, she neglects to mention that one of her businesses, The Gift Library, went into administration in February. #JustSaying.
