With even the staunchly royalist Daily Mail condemning Prince Andrew and his on-off ex-wife, Zara Tindall and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, one has to question the need for the royal family.

Whilst Prince Charles and his delightful wife and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have morphed into dependable and decent sorts, the tawdry goings on of the paedophile associates and money grabbing appendages has become just too much.

It is now, we suggest, time to streamline the royal family and it is time the Queen turfed out the trash. If she doesn’t, 1992 will seem like a positive dream.
