Ludicrous, Laughable Lee – ‘30p Lee’ Anderson Celebrates Becoming “Worst Man In Britain”

As ludicrous, laughable Lee Anderson MP becomes vice chairman of the Conservative Party and announces support for the death penalty, we ask: “Has Rishi Sunak well and truly lost the plot?”

“Nobody has ever committed a crime after being executed. You know that, don’t you? 100% success rate” remarked the bombastic, birdbrained bore Lee Anderson MP in a recent interview with The Spectator’s James Heale prior to his elevation to deputy chairman of the Conservative Party this week.

Echoing the words of fellow one-time Tory twerp Ann Widdecombe – who said in February 2016: “To state that it can never be justified is wrong” in response to Pope Francis seeking a worldwide ban of this barbaric practice – ‘30p Lee’ went further and justifying announcing that convicted killers should be “gone [killed], same week” by claiming “I don’t want to pay for them.”

Predictably, Anderson has gained supporters, amongst them the former editor of The Sun, Kelvin MacKenzie. On Twitter, in a 0:54-minute video rant, the journalist enthused: “Absolute masterstroke to make [him] the deputy chairman of the party. Listen to his views. One. Bring back the death penalty. I’m very much in favour of that… Nuisance tenants, that they get kicked out and have to go and live in tents and pick potatoes. Fine, these are great policies. Most ordinary people will agree with them.”

Intolerant and best known for suggesting a family of five could be fed on just £50 per week, that Rishi Sunak has decided to elevate this 56-year-old ‘Red Wall’ Labour turncoat is indicative of a Prime Minister who knows his time is up. Desperate clearly, just like John Major back in the mid-1990s, to keep the rotten ragbag that is the divided ship-of-fools that are the Tories together, this laughable but ludicrous appointment represents nothing but Sunak throwing a bone to the most delusional MPs keeping him just about afloat.

With YouGov currently polling Labour at 48% against the Conservatives at just 24% (poll taken 31st January to 1st February 2023), the appointment of a man described by even the Daily Mail as “a pugnacious bruiser” is a move that has definitely already backfired. It is one also that sadly could give the equally lacklustre and totally ineffective leader of the opposition Sir Keir Starmer the keys to Downing Street. God help us all.

Pictured Top – Lee Anderson MP pictured attacking anti-Brexit campaigner Steve Bray outside Portcullis House in Westminster, London, SW1 on Wednesday 11th January 2023. The ‘Red Wall’ Tory labelled ‘Stop Brexit Man’ Bray a “parasite” and also called him a “scrounger” and “malingerer” before grabbing his hat. Anderson was subsequently reported to the Metropolitan Police, but there has yet to have been indication as to what (if any) action has been taken.

Between the 31st January and 1st February, YouGov polled the public on Westminster voting intentions. They asked: “If there were a general election held tomorrow, which party would you vote for?” The response was very, very clear with 48% favouring Labour over just 24% for the Conservative, just 9% for the Liberal Democrats. Surprisingly, Reform UK and the Greens both garnered 6% each.
The 56-year-old now deputy chairman of the Conservative Party has been the Member of Parliament for Ashfield in Nottinghamshire since 2019. He is known for his aggressive approach to anything he approaches and for having been suspended from the Labour Party after receiving a community protection warning by the council for using boulders to block members of the travelling community from setting up camp in 2018.
Anderson is also well-known for his criticism of the type of people using foodbanks and for his longstanding and very public standoff with the mouthy menace ‘campaigner’ Jack Monroe. In May 2022, frankly nothing but naff Monroe described equally nothing but naff Lee Anderson MP as a “white, rich, privileged male.” Anderson responded by stating: “She’s taking money off of some of the most vulnerable in society and making an absolute fortune off of the back of people. You know, it’s her that’s rich. I’m not rich… No, I was dragged up in Huthwaite. As you know, I’ve worked down the pit all my life, didn’t have two ha’pennies to rub together.” Monroe subsequently threatened to sue the MP for libel. It is unknown how that proceeded.
