With The Telegraph even suggesting Boris Johnson resigning may be “his best option to deliver Brexit” in spite of the fact that would result in a Jeremy Corbyn led minority government, one realises that the game is finally up.

The same paper, this very morning, even turned their knife deeper into a previous favourite of theirs, Rory Stewart (they termed him a “defeatist”), and though what they said of Philip Hammond was to be expected (“treacherous”), one can now see where this purge is going.

The Telegraph, a paper that used to be right-wing but fair-minded, has now become nothing other than the mouthpiece for what the far right truly wants – a merger of the Conservative Party and The Brexit Party. It is thus barely worth reading and with the Mail also predictably spouting Nigel Farage nonsense about how he’s going to achieve a pact with the Tories for a free run on 90 seats today also (without a quote from a single Conservative source), it is clear that they believe we’ll soon all trust the loopy premonitions of Katie Hopkins as fact rather than fiction.

The British press needs to wake up and smell the coffee. If they don’t, there’ll be not a jot of impartiality in what they write and we’ll find ourselves in a 1984-esque horror. Welcome to the era of importing even the likes of the currently “banned-from-Britain shock jock” Michael Savage. Welcome to the era of Ann Coulter and welcome to the era where the nutters take over the asylum.

Watch the following YouTube clips and realise the horror of what Britain is potentially welcoming in.
